cl-bio is a library for representing and manipulating biological data such as DNA, RNA and protein sequences, annotations on and features of these sequences, species taxonomies and (eventually, hopefully) 3-d structural data of biological molecules.
While there has been no official release of the code, the work in progress code can be found at http://git.cyrusharmon.org/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=cl-bio.git.
Or get the git archive with one of the following:
git clone git://cyrusharmon.org/pub/git/cl-bio.git
git clone http://cyrusharmon.org/pub/git/cl-bio.git
There's a cl-bio developer's mailing list. There's also a cl-bio-cvs list, but since we're using git for the moment, this should probably go away.
